§ 1
1. These regulations define the rules for using the monitored parking lot.

For the purposes of these regulations:
1. The Parking User is a natural person actually using the parking lot (vehicle driver) or the vehicle owner if the driver’s identity cannot be established. In particular, the person driving the vehicle when leaving the parking lot is considered the user.
2. A parking space is a designated area within the parking lot intended for parking a vehicle.

§ 3
1. By entering the parking lot, the user concludes a rental agreement for a parking space with the Operator under the conditions specified in these Regulations.
2. Entering the parking lot does not constitute a storage agreement within the meaning of the Civil Code.
3. By entering the parking lot, every vehicle user agrees to the terms of these Regulations and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
4. The parking space rental agreement expires when the user leaves the parking lot or at the end of the parking day as defined in § 7(1).

1. Within the parking lot:
a. The traffic rules set out in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 108, item 908, as amended) apply.
b. Parking outside designated spaces or areas indicated by parking staff is prohibited.
c. Entry of vehicles carrying flammable, corrosive, explosive, or similar dangerous materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Leaving animals, minors, or dependent adults in the vehicle while parked is prohibited.

1. The Operator is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters, theft, burglary, robbery, destruction, or damage to vehicles in the parking lot, nor for items left inside or forming part of the equipment, except for damages caused directly by the Operator or parking staff.

1. Opening hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00–24:00; Sat–Sun: 8:00–20:00.

1. “Parking Day” means the period from 0:00 to 24:00 on the same day or as defined under § 6(2).

1. If the user violates the Regulations, the Operator may terminate the rental agreement immediately and take necessary measures to restore compliance, including vehicle removal.
2. In such cases, the user must cover costs of vehicle removal, securing, and storage until collection.
3. The user is responsible for any damage caused by the vehicle or related to parking space use, particularly contamination of the parking surface due to fluid leaks (oil, brake fluid, coolant, fuel, etc.).

§ 9
1. Upon entering, the user must immediately report to the parking staff and collect a parking ticket.
2. The ticket authorizes vehicle collection and is the basis for calculating parking fees.

1. Compliance checks are carried out at entry and exit by authorized staff.
2. The user must stop the vehicle when requested by parking staff.
3. Upon request, the user must present the vehicle registration document.
4. If the ticket is lost, a vehicle release form must be completed. The user may be charged a fee for losing the ticket or leaving without settling payment, as stated in the Parking Fee Schedule.

1. Only persons authorized by the Operator may collect parking fees and check documents.

The following are prohibited in the parking lot:
1. Smoking,
2. Consuming alcohol,
3. Littering,
4. Damaging equipment,
5. Repairing equipment,
6. Washing vehicles,
7. Refueling,
8. Using open flames,
9. Parking vehicles with leaking systems,
10. Refilling or replacing fluids (coolant, oil, etc.),
11. Storing fuel, flammable substances, or empty fuel containers,
12. Actions violating health and safety or fire safety rules,
13. Behavior contrary to social norms or disturbing other users.

The Parking Fee Schedule is an integral part of these Regulations.
Parking Fees:
Passenger car: 10 zł net / per started day
Truck / Tractor with trailer or semi-trailer / Bus: 16 zł net / per started day
